If the visitors of your website see an error message “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH,” you should inform them about the browser requirements for the SSL certificate of your website:
- Firefox 2 (on any OS)
- Windows Vista or OS X 10.6: Chrome 5.0.342.0, Opera 14, Safari 4
- Internet Explorer 7 on Windows Vista
- Android 4.0
- Mobile Safari on iOS 4.0
- Windows Phone 7
Operating systems Windows XP and Android 3 do not support the free certificate “Let’s Encrypt”.
