How do I sign up for the out-of-stock product?

If you want to provide your customers with an option to sign up to be notified when the out-of-stock product is available, add the ST600 "Pop-up: Back-in-stock alert" block from the "Store" category to your page.


This block will automatically replace the "Buy" button with the "Notify me" button (you can change the name in the block's Content) for products with zero quantity. When clicked, a pop-up subscription form will appear.


Important:


The ST600 block works only with the connected product catalog — not with the products added manually via the block Content.


Subscription is configured as a standard form — you can select a data receiver, such as Tilda CRM or another service.


At this moment, automated email sending to users when a product is available is not provided. You can collect data and send emails to your contacts by yourself, for example, manually via Tilda CRM or using the Tilda newsletter builder.
