Why my background video doesn't play on mobile devices?

Unfortunately, cover videos cannot be played on mobile devices as mobile operating systems do not support the video autoplay.

We recommend uploading an image to the Content panel of your Cover page. It will substitute video on mobile devices. Alternatively, upload a GIF (up to 3MB).
