The domain is connected correctly, why cannot an SSL certificate be installed?

To be able to connect an SSL certificate correctly, it is important to have 2 A type records — for @ and WWW subdomain. If you connected the domain using the guide but the connection is not secure when you check the website (see the error example) — check how many records have been added.

Go to the Site Settings > SEO > HTTPS settings. If an error in IP has been done or a record has not been added, a following error will be displayed on this page:

To fix the error, go to the domain management panel on the domain name registrar's side and add an A type record with the IP recommended by the system. Once you have added the record, it requires up to 24 hours to get the record updated and the error fixed. After this, you will be able to install an SSL certificate using the guide.
